Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

The Detailing Boardroom is operated by [LEGAL COMPANY NAME — to be filled in], a sole proprietorship (preduzetnik) registered in the Republic of Serbia ("KGEN", "we", "us", "our"), with registered office at [REGISTERED ADDRESS — to be filled in]. By accessing our website, applying for membership or purchasing any product or service, you ("you", "Member") agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Membership & Eligibility

Membership is offered to owners and operators of car detailing businesses aged 18 or over. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion, including for reasons related to fit, capacity or compliance.

3. Payments, Billing & Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Whop Inc. acting as the Merchant of Record for the membership. Whop is the seller of record on your invoice, collects and remits any applicable VAT/sales tax, and handles your payment data under its own Terms and Privacy Policy (whop.com/legal). KGEN receives the net proceeds and delivers the membership programme to you.

Membership is billed monthly in advance at the price displayed at checkout (currently £249/month for founding members). Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Whop account or by emailing kgenagency@gmail.com; cancellation stops future billing and access ends at the close of your current paid period.

4. Refunds

By completing your purchase and accessing the member area you expressly request that the digital service begins immediately and acknowledge that, once access has been granted, statutory withdrawal rights for digital content may no longer apply. As a goodwill policy, new members may request a full refund of their first month's payment by emailing kgenagency@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of their initial purchase. After this 7-day window, all payments (including renewals) are final and non-refundable. Refund requests are reviewed and processed by Whop on our instruction.

5. Use of Content

All training materials, videos, templates, frameworks, scripts, automations and community content provided by KGEN are licensed to you for personal use within your own detailing business only. You may not share, resell, redistribute, copy, record, screenshot for distribution, or use our content to train any AI model or build a competing programme.

6. Community Conduct

The Boardroom community is a private space for serious operators. Harassment, spam, recruitment for unrelated offers, sharing of member contact details without consent, or any unlawful activity will result in immediate removal without refund.

7. Results Disclaimer

Any income, lead, ROAS or revenue figures shown on our website, in our materials or in member testimonials are real but illustrative. They are not a guarantee, promise or projection of your results. Your outcomes depend on your market, your effort, your offer, your ad spend and many other factors outside our control.

8. Third-Party Tools

The programme references third-party tools (Meta Ads, Google, Twilio, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Whop and others). KGEN is not affiliated with, endorsed by or responsible for these platforms. You are responsible for complying with their terms and for all costs incurred through them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KGEN, its team and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of our website, content or membership. Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding three (3) months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse or conduct harmful to the community, without refund.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence and to any rights you may have against Whop Inc. as Merchant of Record under its own terms.
